Our customer service hubs for the European market are located in Netherlands (Roermond), Denmark (near Copenhagen), Italy (Milan), and France (Paris). At our location in Roermond, where our export customer service team is also located, we are looking for an experienced customer service employee to coordinate the German and Austrian market. Within this role, you represent Rockwool-TI and are a main point of contact for our German and Austrian customer base, ensuring customer needs and expectations are met in the best possible way, always with the best interest of the customer in mind. Because you operate in an international environment, a good command of the English language is just as important as fluency in the German language. Do you see a challenge in a position where you handle all tasks within the role of customer service from order to cash, including aftersales and complaints handling, and build a real relationship with our customers in an international environment? Providing advice, support, and after-sales services to our customers via email and phone; Implementing, processing, monitoring, and administratively handling customer orders in SAP; Aligning with the logistics and production departments on production and delivery times; Complaint handling including registration and internal follow-up; Where will you work? You will join our technical sales division, which specializes in insulation for customers worldwide in the process industry and the marine and offshore segment, currently orienting itself towards new (green) markets (think of substations at wind farms and CO2 storage at sea or solar power plants). Your workplace is in Roermond where another 18 direct colleagues from the technical sales division work. The other 70 colleagues with 20 different nationalities are spread around the globe. From Roermond, you and your colleagues will ensure that the requests for help from our international customers are dealt with properly, efficiently, and to the customer's satisfaction. The team does not evade complex issues either, and together we ensure a good solution. Working from home is possible for a maximum of one day a week. You report to the Customer Service Manager Europe, also located in Roermond, with whom you are in close contact. Strong communicator and an excellent command of the English and German languages in word and writing is required. Dutch, French, and/or other languages are an advantage; A high degree of service orientation and maximum customer focus; Several years of work experience in a customer service environment; Good knowledge of SAP and experience in an international B2B environment is an advantage; You are available 30 to 36 hours a week; What do we offer?
