Job Description Manage and coordinate activities, team and resources within the Service function, in alignment with the Group strategic roadmap Define and implement commercial strategies within the Service, in order to maximize profits Review and implement eventual correction in internal policies, procedures and standards Guarantee compliance to legal requirements Define, negotiate and agree on the effective use of available resources Define and implement a roadmap to guarantee a qualitative improvement of the team The Successful Applicant Technical degree Deep knowledge and understanding of legalities in make-to-order B2B contracts Previous experience with CRM Deep understanding and passion for Customer Service, including after sales, maintenance, rebuilding and all other aspects.
