Your key tasks will be.
Answering customers complaint Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction About you We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.
Our ideal Customer Service Agent has the following skills.
