Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Understand and effectively communicate the company's products and services to clients and candidates Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer service experience Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively If you are a driven and customer-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
