In the past nine years, AQUAZZURA has become available in over 58 countries within the top retailers of the world with boutiques in Florence, London, New York, Miami, Doha, Dubai, Milan, São Paulo, Capri Location: Sesto Fiorentino We are looking for a Customer Service person in our Headquarter in Sesto Fiorentino as Maternity replacement. At the top of responsibilities, you will build strong relationships with customers and ensure they are optimizing a product or service to receive the highest return on investment (ROI). Communicate with customers to meet needs and long-term goals, gather and deliver information between internal and external teams, track and optimize customer retention metrics. Responsibilities and general duties: Provide excellence in customer service, providing timely, personalized and effective service to all customers in accordance with the brand guidelines. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs Liaise with the relevant teams to resolve promptly any customer service issues and ensure their satisfaction; Guarantee an excellent client experience with clienteling & CRM strategies aimed at customer conversion. Conduct weekly, quarterly and annual customer success reports to ensure customers optimize our product/service, issues are resolved proactively and customer goals are met Provide insight and relay the voice of customer with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance and other Depts 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury industry (strong wholesale customer experience is essential); Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer support/success, sales, business development or account management. Excellent verbal and written skills in Italian and English, another language will be a plus. Accuracy and attention to details. Ability to prioritize tasks, and delivery results within short deadlines. Ability to work independently and take initiative; Strong commercial awareness. Excellent organizational and communication skills Positive attitude and ability to work in a team; Highly Proficient user of MS Office packages.
