Job description We're seeking a skilled network security expert to elevate our Corporate Solutions Division and make a substantial impact on the global cybersecurity front.

Your Role As a Customer Security Operations Centre Analyst with a focus on endpoint as well as network security, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' digital environments.
Your expertise in endpoint, network and other areas of security will be essential in monitoring, managing, and enhancing our security systems, while providing top-notch consultation to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities • Endpoint and Network Security Monitoring.
Vigilantly oversee and manage security services utilizing mainly SIEM and SOAR for assigned customers and environments.
• Incident Response.
Swiftly investigate security incidents and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues within agreed terms.
• Threat Analysis.
Scrutinize and analyze network security threats, assessing data to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities and exposures.
• Technical Solutions.
Design and implement robust technical responses to mitigate identified security risks.
• Customer Collaboration.
Engage with clients and partners to refine and execute comprehensive security strategies.
• Project Participation.
Provide technical insights during the delivery of customer projects, ensuring security is prioritized.
• Reporting & Development.
Contribute to reporting activities with technical insights and continuously update your knowledge to stay ahead of security trends.
• Team Coordination.
Work seamlessly with various teams within ESET to ensure cohesive and effective security operations.
What We’re Looking For • Experience.
5+ years in a technical field with a strong emphasis on network security and direct customer interaction.
• Education.
Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Certifications.
IT Security certifications (e.
., Windows, Unix, Network Security) are a plus.
• Technical Skills.
Proficiency in reading and understanding network and system logs.
Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and system tools.
Comprehensive understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, Protocols) and network elements (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, etc.).
Advanced scripting skills in Powershell, Batch/Cmd, Vbscript/Javascript.
Familiarity with the inner workings of Windows/Linux systems (processes, registries, filesystems, services, scheduling).
• Experience in SOC.
Prior experience working in a Security Operations Centre is highly advantageous.
• Forensics & Incident Response.
Skills in forensic analysis or incident response are beneficial.
• Language Skills.
Fluent English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
