CRM360 DESIGN AUTHORITY TECHNICAL LEAD

Por qué te necesitamos? The CRM360 Design Authority Technical Lead will play a crucial role within the central CRM entity of our Group, leading the deployment and evolution of a Salesforce core model across various European organizations.
This individual will collaborate closely with M&D counterparts, development teams, business analysts, and other key stakeholders to shape, package, and transport the core model envisioned by our design authority team to different country organizations.
Key Responsibilities.
Core Model Deployment.
Lead the deployment of the Salesforce core model across European organizations.
Ensure that the core model is tailored to meet the unique requirements of each organization while maintaining consistency and integrity.
Collaboration and Leadership.
Work in tandem with M&D functional lead to align IT and business objectives.
Guide and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and other technical staff to ensure successful deployment.
Project Management.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Technical Standards and Documentation.
Ensure the adherence to technical standards of the core model.
Document these standards comprehensively and assist different countries in complying with them.
Packaging and Transportation.
Organize the packaging of the core model for easy transport and implementation across different organizations.
Ensure seamless integration of the core model with existing systems and processes in each organization.
Continuous Improvement.
Participate actively in the development of core model enhancements, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
Solicit feedback from various stakeholders to continuously improve the core model.
Stakeholder Communication.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on deployment progress and address any issues.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are well-versed with the new system.
Compliance and Best Practices.
Ensure all deployments adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Promote the adoption of standardized processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
ERP Program Integration (OXYGEN).
Support the deployment of the CRM core model as part of the larger ERP program "OXYGEN".
Ensure the harmonization of interface contracts between OXYGEN and Salesforce, aiming to reduce interfacing costs per country through the use of standard contracts.
Play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of the integrated CRM and ERP systems, ensuring that the CRM deployment does not delay the ERP rollout.
¿Este trabajo es para ti? Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is preferred.
Extensive experience in CRM deployment, specifically with Salesforce.
Proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects across multiple countries.
Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills.
Experience working in a multinational organization.
Knowledge of European regulatory requirements related to IT and data protection.
Salesforce certification(s).
