Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the CRM Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:
• Interact with CRM Regional Coordinator and local ones creating CRM strategical campaigns’ target based on local needs
• Execute analysis and reports to support CRM Regional Coordinator and regional stakeholders with insights on local performances, market and clients’ trends
• Support in cascading corporate guidelines from HQ to local
• Monitor usage of CRM activities and tools/ materials within global regions
• Oversee and improve database quality to optimize retention rate
• Work with other Departments to find synergy on KPIs usage and spreading on the systems (Merchandising, Retail, IT, …)
• Build strong relationships with Business, stakeholders, IT colleagues and suppliers
Requirements:
• Excellent computer skills (advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite)
• Fluency in English
• Analytical background
• A previous CRM experience in luxury goods/retail is a plus
• Highly organized with great attention to details and strong communication skills that shows curiosity and proactivity in data interpretation
• International experience is a plus
