Responsibilities As our Corporate Strategy Intern, you will play a critical role in implementing and executing strategic initiatives to drive the success of our business. You will gain exceptional exposure to the entire company by working with multiple departments and organizational levels. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and working closely with the ESG Officer and cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include: Implementation Planning: Assist in developing action plans and timelines for strategic initiatives; Project Management: Support strategy execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards; Strategy Refinement: Contribute to optimizing strategic positioning through feedback, data analysis, and market research; Workshop Facilitation: Coordinate and assist in strategy workshops with senior management; Presentation: Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations; Communication: Create content for internal and external stakeholder engagement; ESG Support: Assist the ESG officer with data collection, reporting, and organizing positive impact activities. Key Requirements Strong interest in strategic work; Excellent teamwork and communication skills; Innovation, curiosity, and proactivity; Responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail; Flexibility and dedication; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferential Requirements First experience in strategic work (e.g., student consultancy); Knowledge of the Engineering Service Provider Market; Knowledge of the Automotive Industry; Strong analytical skills.
