Contract Logistics Flow Planner Mantova, Italy Kontraktlogistik Vollzeit req120674 Are you a Contract Logistics Flow Planner? Do you want to work in the largest logistics company in the world? Your Role The Contract Logistics Flow Planner works within Contract Logistics. In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square meters, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations. Your Responsibilities Planning the sequence of the workload considering customer SLAs, cut-off times, and process times. Balancing and optimizing productivity to guarantee an efficient workflow and avoid creating bottlenecks or other discomfort situations. Constantly checking the scheduled plan to identify potential issues and deviations and taking corrective measures if necessary to ensure SLAs and cut-off times in close collaboration with the Operation and Control room. Development and implementation of statistical metrics to schedule and draw up warehouse planning forecasts in consultation with the floor supervisor. Enforcing the communication of information by using, if requested, specific easy-to-understand dashboards that guarantee clear visibility of past, current, and future goods planning status. Building a deep and efficient relationship with the shop floor to adapt and manipulate warehouse planning by considering continuous changes requested by the customer. Creating direct and genuine daily interactions with other departments within Kuehne + Nagel, such as customer service and transport planning, to develop the most efficient planning strategy and adapt it to the current priorities of the customer. Identifying, promoting, and improving efficient communication schemes to inform Operations about warehouse goods planning and potential variations to frequently set up and adapt the warehouse workflow. Your Skills and Experiences 2-5 years of planning experience in large-scale (>300 FTE) highly automated fulfillment operations, with a strong preference for eCommerce/Fashion/Retail fields, preferably in multinational companies with a matrix organizational structure. Accumulated wisdom about metrics and data analysis related to goods planning, with experience in software and/or ERPs. Exposure to dashboard data representations aimed at creating easy-to-understand methods to communicate information to different stakeholders. Familiarity with fast-paced work environments with a high level of planning variations, characterized by frequent interactions with customers and/or stakeholders. Good Reasons to Join #J-18808-Ljbffr
