CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR WITH FRENCH

Do you have a keen eye for detail and expertise in contract management, along with proficiency in French? If yes, Atos Romania has the perfect position for you - Contract Administrator with French!     We are looking for a  Contract Administrator with French  to join our team in Timisoara (hybrid work).
Your job in a nutshell.
As part of the Cash and Billing Management team, you will be essential in aiding the commercial project management of customer initiatives.
Your will oversee and track contract information throughout the entire project lifecycle, from start to invoicing, ensuring that all details remain accurate and current.
Roles and Responsibilities.
Assist with managing customer payments, including all the steps needed to collect what’s owed, and keep the relevant data updated in our tools.
Help with the investment and purchasing process for projects, working with both outside vendors and internal teams based on specific responsibilities.
Draft internal agreements with other Atos teams for projects that involve multiple companies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports that show the financial health of projects, following the reporting guidelines (like accruals, work in progress, and order backlog).
Gather project and customer data/KPIs that highlight financial and operational metrics for reports.
Organize and store contract-related documents in our document management system.
Keep an eye on any parked or unbilled billing items, making sure everything is properly categorized.
Review and analyze the financial data for the projects you oversee.
Work with the auditing team and auditors to help them meet their requirements alongside the contract controller.
Requirements.
A solid understanding of accounting principles, along with expertise in contract design, implementation, and negotiation, as well as familiarity with SAP applications.
Several years of professional experience in the commercial or financial sector.
Reliability and strong communication skills, with the capability to independently organize regular tasks following comprehensive training.
Initiative, quick perception, IT affinity, customer orientation, and a high level of commitment.
A passion for working with people and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team using online media, in the workplace, and in mobile settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in both French and English.
