- Conformité / Sécurité financière Intitulé du poste Compliance officer H/F Type de contrat CDI Date prévue de prise de fonction Poste avec management Non Missions Dans le cadre des activités Wealth Management, nous recherchons au sein de l’équipe Sécurité Financière – Wealth Management - Investigations, un Analyste Compliance pour participer aux différentes tâches sous la responsabilité du département.
- Analyse et émet un avis Compliance sur les dossiers escaladés pour des indices de ML/FT/Sanctions; - Rédige et suit les transmissions de dossiers aux autorités (MROS, SECO, OFAC, etc); - Gère, d’un point de vue opérationnel, les dossiers sous investigations.
- Analyse les alertes générées par l’outil de filtrage sanctions des transactions (Fircosoft Continuity); - Traite les demandes de clarifications des banques corresponantes sur les transactions; - Intervient en support du Front sur les questions de lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent et dans le cadre des processus de clarification sur les dossiers en investigation; - Participe au processus de veille règlementaire sur les sanctions; - Participe à la supervision des entités CAIS sur les activités Investigations; - Assiste l’équipe sur les divers sujets impactant les clients du périmètre (Audits, textes de gouvernances, reportings); - Participe aux différents projets transverses, évolution des normes, méthodes et processus liés aux diverses tâches sous la responsabilité de l’équipe Compliance Investigations
