CLINICAL TRAINER & FUNCTIONAL ASSESSOR

We are currently hiring a Clinical Trainer & Functional Assessor to lead Stage 1 & 2 training sessions delivered by PFAS as directed by the Prime Contract Holder (PCH) and DWP. As Clinical Trainer & Functional Assessor you will provide an engaging and supportive learning environment, enabling trainees to be successful in training, identify any additional learning needs & implement actions to support, and complete additional training as and when needed. Part of your role will be to provide full and complete documentation to provide a clear handover to the Clinical Support Job Description Manager, and to carry out detailed Functional assessments and examinations, accurately interpreting and critically analysing all evidence to create a professional and concise report.
