The Team Lead is an exciting hybrid leadership and individual contributor position, responsible for NCVI production in one’s own territory and the coaching and development of 1-3 associates as direct reports.
What you will do.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations; Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close Strong prioritization skills by understanding the economics of the individual and team business, to plan and execute.
Develop and execute territory strategy for achievement of NCVI results in alignment with team, region, and corporate strategy Coach and hold team accountable to the DHQA framework and activity expectations Regularly attend team sales calls to execute show/share/observe coaching framework and upskill team Act as deal strategy and closing resource for team members Conduct team meetings, business reviews and R&Ps aligned with region expectations Manage forecasting accuracy for direct reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis Partner with Sales Manager and/or VP to expand your personal leadership skills Motivate, inspire, and drive team to exceed monthly/quarterly/annual quota expectations Improve the team's success through effective leadership and mentorship What you will need.
Track record of overachievement on goals or quotas (1 or more Winners Circle achievements) Completed 2 years in Business Development role or has prior leadership experience within or outside Gartner Mastery and consistent execution of Gartner’s sales methodology, products, and services Strong business acumen, sales acumen, humility, drive, executive presence, and ability to create followership.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is USD - USD.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
