Business Analyst Full-time Italy, Rome     Are you an Automotive fan and you have a passion for data analysis? Do you enjoy collecting and analyzing data to detect improvements, and in this way support clients to reach growth opportunities?   Then we might be looking for you!   MSX is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Business Analyst to collect, collate and analyze various and several internal and external composite data and documents related to the activity, supporting the National Sales Company identifying and prioritizing improvements and growth opportunities at National level.
The role.
The Business Analyst is responsible for the management of relationships and the whole vehicles ordering, invoicing and registration process for Long Term Rental companies.
Tasks contain.
Identify and collect key data from both internal and external sources.
Propose implementations of new tools of analysis.
Strategic analysis on internal requests from the Fleet department.
Communication and data sharing with Management and field staff.
Use the National Sales Company operating systems for managing the various phases of fleet process.
Use Long Term Rental systems for order entry and invoicing.
Analyze the data and identify key opportunities for fleet sales growth at National level.
Collect and provide market analysis to assist formulation of current and future fleet sales marketing strategy.
Carry out analysis and reports about how the activities carried out are improving.
Prepare all supporting materials and attend regular program meetings.
Manage email requests from Long Term Rental companies.
About you.
We would love to welcome a new colleague with strong data interpretation skills and problem solving/analytical thinking and approach.
Our ideal Business Analyst has.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or similar; 1 year of experience in the automotive sector; 6 months of previous experience in similar positions; Advanced user of Office and Excel tools (including pivot tables); Good communication skills; Adaptability and flexibility; Good planning and organizing skills; Ability to work in team; Ability to take initiative; Interpersonal skills; Languages.
Italian and preferably English, spoken and written; Experience in using BI tools and data mining is considered a plus.

Rome Hybrid (3 days office – 2 days remote) 40 hours per week What we offer.
