Join the home for entrepreneurs!   Your role in our team You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to Executive management and other senior staff.
You will organize meetings and events as requested, including preparation of agendas, preparation of meeting rooms.
You will perform office tasks including basic bookkeeping, supporting invoicing, entering data, and drafting letters, memos, reports and other documents as assigned.
You will request information from vendors and enter or update vendor master data.
You will assist with researching and collection of past due invoices, communicating with customers.
You will reconcile vendor statements.
You will assist in the collection of Sales Tax Exemption from Customers.
You will be backup support for reception duties as assigned.
Your profile You have a High school diploma or GED equivalent You have 2+ years of related experience You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail You exhibit clear verbal and written communication skills You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software You have experience in Power BI and Project You can work independently and organize workload   Your working environment at Körber Join Körber Pharma and you will work in an innovative, friendly and digital environment providing the opportunity to advance your career.
