We are looking for a ‘game changer’ to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).
Let's Get Down To Business Reporting to the Head of Amazon & Pure Player (based in the UK), you will have complete ownership and accountability of pan-EU Amazon & Pure Player business, driving revenue and margin growth.
You will be responsible for developing new businesses, implementing growth strategies for existing accounts, executing initiatives to maximise sales and profitability, responsible for the NS, GM & CM across all brands in key European markets.
To achieve this, you will be working cross-functionally with Local Commercial, Local Supply Chain, Content & Media, and Brand Teams internally, and managing & driving media agencies/ or distributors externally.
This position has 1 direct report.

Show Us What You've Got The ideal teammate will have a deep understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/ Personal Care/ Cosmetics sector and a strong network in the industry.
In addition, we are looking for the following skills and experience.
Significant experience with Amazon & Pure Player eCommerce for European markets (UK, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Italy), activation levers, product flow and website/ App performance optimisation Amazon marketplace expertise in dynamics, algorithms, best practices, AMS, analytics tools  Direct and hands-on sales experience in eCommerce within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), ideally in Personal Care, Cosmetics or Beauty  Demonstrated success in driving significant sales and revenue growth– managing P&L of a portfolio of branded products.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail media management  Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proven teamworking skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial, innovative, ambitious, commercial, and results-driven.
