We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training BAP member to join our team and support our Compliance employee development and training initiatives. As a Training BAP member, you will assist in the development, coordination, and tracking of training programs for our employees. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instructional design, training management, and learning & development within the fast-growing field of cryptocurrency. About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates. Responsibilities: Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, compliance, and customer support teams to align training materials with company objectives and ensure accurate, up-to-date content. Create Learning Resources: Develop clear, engaging, and accessible learning resources, such as guides, tutorials, and e-learning modules, to support training objectives. Coordinate and facilitate: in-person and virtual workshops, seminars, and hands-on labs to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes. Training Compliance Monitoring: Support the tracking of employee completion for mandatory training sessions and follow up with employees as needed to ensure timely completion. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess and track the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and other metrics to continuously improve training outcomes. Personalized Support for Completion: Offer personalized support to employees facing challenges with training, providing guidance, additional resources, or flexible learning options to facilitate completion. Assist Corporate Training Manager with ad-hoc tasks. Requirements: Interest in compliance/law in crypto is preferred. Previous experience in the compliance OPS team is preferred. Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage. Must be data-driven, possess strong attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills. Ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries in flexible hours.
