Full-time Company Description WHO IS AIR CHARTER SERVICE Our Cargo Charter services consists of humanitarian relief, dangerous goods, animal transportation and pharmaceutical transport. Our Cargo team manages the full sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is board their freight! Our team focuses on providing high quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure your client’s chartering requests are handled as quickly as possible! ACS Mexico City is seeking an individual who has proven experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, ability to foster long-lasting client relationships and is interested in going the extra mile. Job Description A DAY IN THE LIFE Building your list of potential customers by researching our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press etc Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential customers to ACS customers Building relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Working to sales target meeting financial objectives Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion Receiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7 Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen Flight watching/overseeing flight departures (this might be unsociable hours) Qualifications WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR Enjoys working in a collaborative working environment Enthusiastic and committed to the role Patient and focuses on building client relationships Interpersonal skills Interested in sales and achieving sales targets Previous aviation experience or knowledge is not required Bilingual in English and Spanish PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Have 1-2 years industry experience within international supply chain Business Development experience is preferred Understanding of cargo export/import process is preferred Passion for travelling globally Knowledge of current global affairs Previous 3PL and/or SCM experience Additional Information TRAINING & TRAVEL Award-winning professional training and one-on-one mentoring International training based in our London (Global HQ) and New York (Americas HQ) Opportunities for international and domestic travel or relocation Training and travel expenses are covered by the company COMPANY CULTURE A dynamic and fast-growing company Modern office with luxury amenities Balance between independent and team-oriented work A welcoming, enjoyable, and interactive environment – seasonal events and team night outings Flexible start and end time hours Future work-from-home opportunities; 1x day a week WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU Clear path for career advancement from Trainee Broker to Director Job stability and leadership support of development Affordable health, dental, and vision insurance plans Christmas bonus Paid maternity/paternity leave 20 days to start in vacation time and more earned each year Paid public holidays Additional paid leave for your birthday, wedding, moving house, holiday shopping, and more.
