AFTER SALES SPECIALIST

• Work in daily direct contact with Customers supporting the spare parts offers preparation by the technical and
commercial side.
• Actively support Customers’ incoming requests directly or after consulting internal specific functions.
• Identify, by means of the pump’s Serial Number, the correct spare parts suitable for the Customer.
• In direct contact with internal OP and manufacturing will act as Customer’s contact for repair jobs.
• Proactively interact with the most important Customers to create spare parts and pump overhaul plans.
• Propose yearly based maintenance programs.
• Prepare and submit quotation to Customers for spare parts for pumps for requests coming directly from Customers or
via Sales Engineers and Constantly follow up.
• Responsibility to process in SAP the Spare parts, repair and field services orders internally.
• Provide assistance for warranty and monitoring the claim from customer.
• Support of Swiss / German Engineers during Start Up and trouble shooting by Italian Customers.
• Actively act as local Project Manager in case of revamping, trouble shooting, planned maintenance.
• Proactive interface with Customers by visiting, for a successful after sales support and proposing to them proper
maintenance plans and/or possible upgrades.
• Attend the training courses organized by the Company for the specific role.
• Strictly follow EH&S rules established by the Company and by the Customers during interventions as well as by National
law.
The incumbent considers all interests of quality, accident prevention and occupational safety as well as environmental safety in a preventive
manner within his scope of responsibility and supports the avoidance of damages to people, facilities, assets, material and environment
actively.
The incumbent is obliged to perform tasks requested by management that relate to his position scope or arise from company needs. This

Education
Mandatory
High school degree, technical / mechanical oriented

Specific knowledge on chemical/industrial field and plastic process
Professional experience (description incl. No. of years)

Min. 3 years previous experience in technical Customer support; experience in reading and understanding mechanical drawings and part
lists; attitude and experience operating in an international team; proactive attitude in sales and business
