Are you a detailoriented and customerfocused professional looking for a parttime role We are seeking an Admin & Customer Service Analyst to join our team in Italy.
In this role you will provide essential administrative support and ensure exceptional customer service.
This is a remote position with a 50% parttime commitment perfect for those seeking a flexible work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities.
Administration.
Check and record customer payments.
Support in preparing documents for public tenders.
Assist with debt collection.
Perform backoffice and frontoffice activities.
Customer Service.
Respond to customer comments suggestions complaints and problems to ensure satisfaction.
Process daytoday customer enquiries via email and resolve issues.
Provide customers with information on company policies and procedures.
Investigate and forward complex complaints.
Assist customers with returns exchanges or refund requests and issue credit notes.
Input new customer master data into ERP systems.
Minimum Requirements.
Previous experience in customer service roles (preferred).
Proficiency in Excel.
Basic knowledge of the English language.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer use and software applications.
Ability to handle customer interactions in a courteous professional and empathetic manner.
Active listening skills to understand customers needs and concerns.
Problemsolving orientation to resolve customer requests or problems quickly and effectively.
