SIDAS LANGUAGE SCHOOL is looking for talented and adventurous teachers to come and join our fun loving team this winter and spring.
Our ACTIVE ENGLISH WEEKS teachers will teach at various partner institutions primarily throughout the Czech and Slovak Republics.
Almost every week long program takes place in a different town so our teachers travel almost every weekend.
This means, each week you will see a different group of students and face different challenges allowing you to really explore and develop your teaching skills.
The groups of students are split by age more often than level so we prefer people who embrace mixed level classes, ranging in age from young children through to young adults.
As these positions are travel intensive they are initially available for employment periods of between one and three months.
Obviously, if you really like it, and the feedback is positive, all deals can be extended.
Please consider before applying that these positions involve short term intensive but fun learning environments, in a variety of partner institutions, staying in a variety of accommodations and travelling almost every weekend to the next location.

Qualifications In an ideal world every applicant would have amazing qualifications and perfect blemish free CVs, but we all know the world is far from ideal.
We put a high value on honesty, the ability to work both as part of a team but also as an individual, people who are willing to learn and develop.
We also need people who like to have fun personally and professionally, teaching should be fun, something to enjoy while doing it.
Salary and Benefits The remuneration on offer is very good when compared to most positions in our region, not just in the teaching world but in general.
SIDAS LANGUAGE SCHOOL only directly discusses the remuneration on offer during face to face interviews with potential candidates.
Accommodation is provided, details of which we will discuss during your application process.
The hours are comfortable, there is pretty much no stress and the opportunity to grow as a teacher and experience a beautiful part of the world is there too.
It's basically a very fun and enjoyable job.
