ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST MILAN REGULAR

We're looking for a motivated and driven Accounting Specialist who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. Your Tasks – Paint the world green Coordinate accounting activities closely with the central accounting team to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely reporting across all financial operations. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate data. Conduct detailed analysis of accounts to provide the controlling team with accurate insights. Prepare and submit VAT returns across multiple countries of operation, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and deadlines. Organize and maintain all necessary documentation to support audit processes, including detailed records and reports, to facilitate a smooth and accurate review. Collaborate closely with Tax, Transfer Pricing, Controlling, HR, and other key departments to align and integrate accounting activities seamlessly. Your Profile – Ready to hop on board Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance; At least 3 years of experience in Accounting in a multinational environment; Solid Accounting knowledge (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management); Advanced analytical skills; Solid proficiency in Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); Very good verbal and written communication skills; Fluent English, any other language is an advantage (Romanian is a plus).
