We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting Team directly reporting to our Finance ManagerThe Accounting Specialist will support the accounting team in activities related to the three entities (Italy, Spain, and the UK).
hey will be responsible for verifying procurement requests, managing customer accounts, recording bank transactions, and reviewing employees expense reports.
The role requires particular attention to contract verification, customer account management, employee expenses, and accounting reconciliations.

Verifying purchase requests through the company tool Checking available budgets Creating and managing purchase orders (PO) Producing reports on purchase orders and commitments Verifying contracts and conditions with suppliers Monitoring deliveries Verifying and approving supplier costs Expense Reports Management.
eviewing company expense reports to ensure compliance with the Travel & Expense Policy, approving or flagging any discrepancies or non-compliant expenses.

Managing customer records Issuing invoices Monitoring payments and deadlines Recovering outstanding receivables Bank Reconciliations.
