MainStreaming is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Intern to join our finance team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a fast-growing international company.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager and will support various accounting activities, including monthly closures and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities.
• Support in Accounting activities.
Assist in the monthly closure activities (e.
., checking and issuing invoices, recording transactions, reconciliations of bank, and account payables/receivables), ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting.
Help prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations, communication and alignment with external tax advisor.
• Process Improvement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of accounting processes.
Qualifications.
• Education.
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, eagerness to learn.
• Competencies.
Detail-oriented, team player, motivated to learn, ability to work under pressure.
• Language.
Fluency in Italian and English required.
