ACCOUNTING AND TAX REPORTING INTERN, HYBRID (ROME)

Job Description At our office based in Rome, we are looking for an Accounting & Tax reporting Intern, who will be part of a team of 5 employees, providing financial and accounting services to key stakeholders, and complying with local requirements in Italy in terms of accounting and taxation for around 100 entities. The main responsibilities will be: Financial Accounting & Reporting Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and group requirements Assist Senior Tax in ensuring compliance with VAT, WHT, and Direct tax regulations Statutory reporting preparation, approval, and submission coordination Support in the cost allocation to projects Qualifications University degree in Economics Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English Flexibility, proactivity, and self-motivation with excellent organisational skills What we offer: Full-time, 6-month internship with monthly allowance and ticket restaurant Starting date: January 2025 Hybrid work policy: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home A diverse workplace with regard to gender, age, and cultural background Statkraft's vision is to renew the way the world is powered.
