WORKSHOP TUTOR - EARLY YEARS APPRENTICESHIPS - REMOTE

Create a supportive, engaging and inclusive learning environment . Employ a variety of teaching techniques and instructional methods catering to all accessibility and learning needs . Design and administer assessments to evaluate apprentices progress and understanding . Participate in the curriculum development of interactive, impactful and engaging learning materials . Work flexibly and deliver evening workshops as required .Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures *please note although this is a remote based role due to GDPR you'll need to be based in the UK What we need from you. . Grade A-C GCSE or equivalent in English and maths . Level 5 qualification in Early Years or Residential Childcare . Level 3 Training qualification . Extensive experience working within Early Years or Residential Childcare sector . Experience working at a supervisory level . Experience of facilitating learning and engaging adults . Excellent knowledge of Early Years practices, regulations and standards .
