– wine sommelier the wine sommelier provides fast, courteous, and professional wine service in the exclusive achipelago and casanova gourmet restaurants and focus on costs control and sales skills to increase the revenue.
the sommelier collaborates with the bar manager in supervising the beverage service in the buffet area and is responsible of the inventory of all materials located in the wine bar.
the sommelier has the following certificates.
haccp and sommelier degree and has english knowledge at least b1 level.
