Web & Social Media Junior Specialist Humanitas University is an International Medical School in Milan, built alongside the renowned Humanitas Research Hospital.

Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and creative Web & Social Media Junior Specialist to join our Web and Social Media Team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our digital marketing strategies, increase brand awareness, and grow our international student community.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual with a flair for content creation and a passion for digital trends.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities As a member of the Web & Social Media Team, you will have the outstanding opportunity to.
Assist in planning, developing, and implementing digital content to share across Hunimed’s social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging graphics and videos Manage the university's social media accounts, including posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Social media coverage of live events at university campus Track and analyse website and social media metrics to evaluate the performance Collaborate with professional journalists to produce web articles Develop your copywriting, editing and SEO-optimizing skills in Wordpress, while cooperating with other departments and interacting with students to populate the website Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and propose new ideas for campaigns You’re the perfect candidate if you have.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian, other language skills are a plus Passion for web and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch) Good copywriting skills and creative thinking Basic understanding of website building Good organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to details Problem-solving and can-do attitude Outgoing and independent with solid interpersonal skills Additional requirements we are looking for.
