Each location is dedicated to sharing our core ethos of EAT, SHOP, and LEARN. Earnings : up to £16h inclusive of service charge. Location : Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 3YD. Contract type : Permanent, 30 hours per week, shifts falling between 9am and 11pm. We are looking for an experienced and talented waiter to join our front of house team in our Terra outlet. Set to re-launch in October in collaboration with the esteemed Master Chef Carlo Gracco, Terra offers a captivating dining experience centered around a wood-burning grill and exquisite Italian cuisine. As a Waiter/Waitress/Server you will coordinate the service station and communicate with both front and back-of-house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Your commitment to providing exceptional service, coupled with your extensive product knowledge, will ensure that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Requirements At least 2 years of experience working as a waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment. Knowledgeable in food safety and allergens. Confident in making menu recommendations and taking accurate food and drinks orders. Good knowledge of Italian wine and cuisine is an advantage. Ability to be flexible and work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Willingness to support multiple teams. Available for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Valid right to work in the UK.
