your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests receive outstanding service and have a memorable culinary experience.
you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests’ needs in a professional and kind manner.
key responsibilities guest service • warmly greet guestsand lead them to their tables.
• provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
• take accurate and detailed orders, ensuring any special dietary requirements, allergies, andpreferences are noted.
• anticipate guests’ needs and provide prompt and accurate service throughout the dining experience.
food and beverage knowledge • possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
• stay informed about daily specials and changes to the menu.
• provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences, allergies,and dietary restrictions.
order management.
• transmit orders accurately to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food to the guests.
• collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure special requests or modifications to orders are accommodated.
• monitor and manage the timing of courses to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• promote additional menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the overall dining experience and contribute to revenue goals.
table maintenance.
• ensure tables are set impeccably and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• attend to table needs, including refilling water glasses, clearing empty dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests.
