VISUAL MERCHANDISER - MILAN STORES

The main activities will be.
- Implementing the internal Visual Merchandsing of our boutiques; - Ensuring that the VM in store adheres to Company Guidelines and Global VM Directives; - Managing the arrival of new collection deliveries, ensuring they are promptly merchandised upon arrival; - Assuring that the store and windows display is able to maximize the sales; - Monitoring product performance after implementation; - Ensuring coherence between the Store image and the Brand message; - Fostering a close working relationship with the Visual Merchandising Manager & VM Team, giving constructive feedbacks; - Being an ambassador of the brand.
Previous experience gained within structured environments, preferabily in luxury contexts Excellent VM skills Good relationship and time management skills KPI and result oriented Excellent knowledge of English language Flexibility
