Euronext Corporate Services Pool, as part of Euronext, is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Investor Relations & Advisory team in Milan. The expected start date is 1st February or 1st March 2025 . You will be primarily responsible for: You will be part of the team in Milan to support the development of the IR Advisory service offer among issuers both in Italy and in the rest of Europe. Reporting to a Senior Associate of the IR Advisory team, you will contribute to the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy of the roadmap in Italy and the rest of Europe for Post-Listing Advisory, Shareholder Analysis and ESG Advisory. You will be particularly in charge of: Delivering advisory support and analytics for Clients (studies; presentations; market surveillance; briefing and feedback memos; investors’ ID and targeting), accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the IR Advisory team; Monitoring Clients’ investor relations activity (share capital evolution; investors’ CRM management; road books) and producing Clients periodic market updates and listing reports; Participating in the evolution of the services’ content by identifying Clients’ needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory & IR Solutions – contributing to delivering Shareholder Analysis reports and support on ESG Advisory clients and other Corporate Services solutions; Contributing to the business development effort by preparing advisory pitches, reporting activities in a CRM (meetings scheduled, meeting reports, opportunities raised, stage, updates) and participating in the preparation of marketing events and contents such as webinars and sectorial barometers; Participating in meetings with Clients after a few months of training, based on the learning curve. Your Profile: 1-3 years professional experience in the financial markets industry and strong academic credentials; Previous experience related to Equity Capital Markets and/or Investor Relations required (including investment banking, equity research, equity sales, equity trading, consultancy, in-house IR); Applicants with professional references will be prioritized; An interest in the Italian economic system would be a plus, along with a willingness to strengthen knowledge of financial markets; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Italian knowledge highly preferred (or willingness to learn Italian). Additional languages are a plus. Desired attributes and skills: Solid understanding of - and interest in - capital markets; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Willingness and ability to work independently on multiple projects; Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, ability to manage large amounts of data, knowledge of financial databases (e.g., Refinitiv, Factset, Bloomberg); Fast learner, pro-active behavior, and positive mindset; Strong abilities to perform research and build relevant intelligence on a wide set of quantitative and qualitative topics.
