ToGet Creative is the marketing company native to ToGet, a company within the SPEA group, which currently includes a community of 70 companies.   Website: https://toget.uno   The selected candidate will be part of a team of digital communication and business marketing specialists structured to provide ToGet companies, and beyond, with all the necessary services for their growth.   Activities:   Conceive, create, produce, and post-produce engaging videos for advertising, educational, and informational purposes on clients' social platforms Ideate and develop visual concepts for video projects Coordinate the process from pre-production to post-production Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand vision and project goals are consistent   Requirements:   Video Production & Post-Production: proven experience in creating videos, from conception to completion, using professional equipment and editing software Expertise in photographic lighting techniques and familiarity with flash equipment; excellent knowledge of different shooting techniques and green screen usage Excellent knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, with the ability to fully utilize the features and algorithms of these platforms to maximize engagement Mobile Videomaking: skills in creating video content optimized for mobile devices, essential for social media success In-depth knowledge of video editing tools: Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve Thorough understanding of digital trends and editing principles Good client relationship skills Maintain high-quality standards and meet deadlines Ability to work independently on sourcing, selecting, cropping, post-producing, organizing, and cataloging produced photographic images   What We Offer:   Freelance collaboration opportunities Professional growth and development in a young, stimulating, and innovative environment Projects with internationally renowned clients   Settore: Ingegneria Ruolo: Marketing/Relazioni esterne Percentuale di occupazione: Full-time Tipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato Livello di istruzione: Laurea Magistrale/Specialistica/Vecchio Ordinamento
