Job Description Ready for? Are you able to manage relationships with all different colleagues, from CFO to Analyst? Is Valuation your passion? Are you familiar with DCF Model and Market Comparison Approach? Do you like data analysis and controlling? Do you value accurate reports? Who You Are Valuer, you will support the Head to coordinate the valuation process of different Fund? You will support the team in the analysis of the Valuation Report.
Your goal will be to control all valuations process, timing, and assumption.
Plus, you'll be a member of a small team that always collaborates with all the SGRs members.
Qualifications What do we ask of you? Academic degree in architecture, engineering, or economics 2-3 years in a similar role in Real Estate (Valuation; Audit; Risk Management) Native Italian speaker or C1 level, proficient in English (minimum B2) Knowledge of valuation methodologies Ability to disassemble the DCF Critical analysis of DCF Drafting documents for the board of directors Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel Job Location
