Key Responsibilities Ensures the correct setup and presentation of all food and beverage areas as directed and in accordance with brand standards.
Assists in the delivery of food and beverage items, clearing and cleaning tables to/from the assigned location in a timely manner and in accordance with brand standards.
Maintains stock levels of bar, food or hotel items required in the assigned location, replenishing as required.
Assists with all food and beverage service as directed, ensuring service standards are met and utilizing MedallionClass applications as directed.
Consistently supports the service team to exceed Food and Beverage targets by applying all Service Excellence standards.
Actively learns and maintains knowledge of on-board products and offerings, itinerary and port information to assist guests as needed.
Ensures any guest orders are promptly and accurately recorded through the onboard POS system.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Proven F&B experience (1 year) as Restaurant/Bar Waiter, F&B Runner, or in similar roles.
Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures.
Ability to organize and complete work meeting deadlines.
Working knowledge of Food and Beverage products.
Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Understanding of the foundation of guest service; ability and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
