JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.
We are looking for passionate and motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial talents, to join the Trend & Forsight team in Milan.
You will have the chance to give your contribution, being involved from Day 1 in exciting projects providing inputs that can support internal needs with a cross-portfolio approach - from brand development to new product launches.
As a Trend & Foresight Intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to support the business growth and their strategic planning by converting consumer/trend information into valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
Therefore, the role is based on excellent listening skills, but also verbal and visual translation skills to be able to really to convey valuable messages to the Creative Team and also to other internal stakeholders.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES.

EXTERNAL.
managing the agency relationship, collaborating from the set-up to the delivery with external providers, ensuring that all research plans are executed in a total quality environment and in full alignment with the team and its standards.
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE   Educational Background in in economics, business administration, marketing, fashion and design Strong problem solving skills Strong strategic and design thinking capabilities Ability to synthesize data and organize key themes and trends Curious, driven, and willing to express your point of view Excellent presentation skills (both document preparation/layout and speech capabilities) Flexible and adaptable Open to new ideas Ready to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software (nice to have any professional software) A plus, you have some familiarity with the world of market research and/or AI tools LANGUAGES.
