TREASURY SPECIALIST

Now it's time to accelerate and we need you!   We are looking for a brilliant and experienced talent as Treasury Specialist with the aim of supporting our fast growth in all countries we operate.
You will work closely to the CFO of the group and manage all treasury operations, including cash flow management, financial risk management and investment strategies.
Your Mission Cash Flow Management.
Manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs, investment opportunities and debt obligations; Banking Relationships.
Maintain and develop relationships with multiple banks in different countries; Risk Management.
Identify, assess and manage financial risks, foreign exchange risks, and liquidity risks.
Develop and implement appropriate hedging strategies; Investment Strategy.
Create the investment portfolio, ensuring optimal returns while minimizing risk.
Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities aligned with the company's financial goals; Forecasting & Reporting.
Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, treasury reports, and financial analyses for the top management and shareholders.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data; Compliance.
Manage treasury-related audits and reporting requirements; Process Improvement.
Continuously evaluate and improve treasury processes, and tools, to enhance efficiency and accuracy; Collaboration.
Work closely with the Finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; 5+ years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance or a related role in a multi-country and fast-growing companies; Strong knowledge of cash management, financial markets, investment strategies and risk management principles; Experience with treasury management systems and financial software; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail; Positive attitude towards challenges; Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish/French/German are considered as a plus.
