TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST, ROMA

What are the value added of Dental Monitoring’s solutions for its clients ✦ Our SAAS monitors and optimizes orthodontic treatment for doctors and patients alike using our app and patient platform ✦ DentalMonitoring brings the first AI-driven technology in the oral healthcare space ✦ With more than 200 filed patents on our technology, we are leading an entire industry in how we approach the orthodontic experience ✦ Our handy tool, the Scanbox, helps patients and doctors to easily detect intra oral observation ✦ Their patients smile again Dental Monitoring was promoted in the Next40 for the second year in a row. The Training and Implementation Specialist Role Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office Training new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions Nurturing existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard Building strong relationships with customers so they endorse the DentalMonitoring brand and continue to use and advocate the DentalMonitoring products Acting as a technical bridge between the customers and DentalMonitoring platform Supporting and attending local trade shows Working and communicating with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives in order to provide the best onboarding experience for the customer Influencing doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while alleviating any of the customers’ hesitations to adopt a disruptive technology Traveling up to 60% to train and support in person office implementation You will be successful in this role if 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or equivalent degree Excellent understanding of the conceptual/consultative sales approach Consultative, training and implementation experience Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external clients High level of IT/computer science knowledge and a strong interest in new technologies Ability to act diplomatically, demonstrate listening skills and empathy Ability to influence and provoke changes in clients' way of thinking Ability to prioritize tasks, organize and prioritize priorities Proactive and enthusiastic Independent, enthusiastic, and curious Team spirit DentalMonitoring is an equal opportunity employer and offers an intercultural and inclusive workplace.
