British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Training and Development Specialist in Trieste. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the full training lifecycle for all factory employees, starting from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through annual and monthly training planning, execution, and evaluation of training effectiveness. Collaborating with relevant departments to determine the required knowledge levels for each role based on the organizational structure (creating and managing a skills matrix for the entire factory), forming the basis for further training needs analysis. Organizing and supporting training programs focused on developing technical and soft skills for all factory employees. Providing guidance and support to managers in the development of their teams. Developing and implementing targeted training programs based on specific needs and particular employee groups. Building and maintaining a team of skilled internal coaches and trainers. Ensuring up-to-date records of all sustained training activities. Reporting on training activities to the factory’s top management and collaborating with key stakeholders such as the Production Manager. Supporting major factory projects by offering expertise in Learning & Development. Creating a continuous development strategy for training practices in Trieste to meet operational objectives. What are we looking for? Graduate in Business Management, Psychology or any other social degree; At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, working on Training and Development activities; Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English; Initiative and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to details; Proficiency in MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.
