Google Analytics to gather external career site traffic metrics. Tracking Pixels to track the source of traffic to your external career site. Create and improve promotional activities for retailers or end customers (sell in & sell out). Work alongside the Sales team to understand customers’ needs and alongside other teams to implement development projects. Cooperate to draw up and launch plans and promotional initiatives consistent with the Company’s strategy and in liaison with Sales Dep. Analyze and manage product portfolios. Collaborate to select new products according to European Marketing, that are in line with local market trends and targets. Monitor markets and competitors, understanding customer needs and new opportunities to increase market share. Manage positioning and pricing. Implement/respect Corporate’s brand guidelines and work together with external agencies. Create and implement marketing and communication campaigns, offline or online. Carry out marketing initiatives cooperating with European marketing. Interpersonal Skills: Negotiating skills as well as confident appearance. High level of self-motivation and capable of raising enthusiasm in others. High level of strategic and conceptual competence as well as organizational and communication skills. Structured method of working. Other Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English. Sound knowledge of MS Office. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (or similar) with a focus on Marketing. Proven experience in Product Marketing / Trade Marketing Specialist. Experience with products.
