TEST MANAGER FOR DIGITAL HEALTH PROJECTS (W/M/D) - CONSULTING JOB DETAILS | EY

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills for both technical and business audiences.
Proficiency in the local language of your country of residence is required.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a pre-requisite.
Knowledge of additional languages will be appreciated.
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines for multiple project deliveries in parallel.
Ability/flexibility to travel.
To qualify for the role you must have   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, (Software) Engineering or other related field with strong IT focus.
Master's or further certification are advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a test manager, preferably min.
1 year in a healthcare context and with particular focus on the oversight and management of testing activities.
Deep understanding of testing activities and methodologies to ensure alignment with the software development lifecycle and project milestones.
Preferably in a healthcare context, taking health industry regulations and standards into account.
Experience in managing software and hardware resources for testing.
Experience in defining scope of testing, design test strategies, plans, and procedure, and analyzing testing activities.
Ideally, you’ll also have   Testing certifications, e.

ISTQB, CSTE.
A reliable network in the healthcare industry and a consulting track record.
A good overview of emerging technologies and industry trends, understand how they apply to our healthcare clients and can drive their adoption into our projects.
Good knowledge of (agile) project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as the related frameworks, e.

Scrum or SAFe.
Good understanding of software development.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, e.

openEHR, Epic, telemedicine.
