YOUR TEAMYou will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds cooperate, sharing their own expertise.
You will join the Tenders Office, which is part of the Purchase Directorate, composed by professionals in the field of public purchases, managed by the Tender Office Coordinator.
ou will have the opportunity to increase your level of knowledge of the public contract code, for a variety of different products and services, in the exciting environment of research.
our main tasks will be:%26middot; Supporting the activities related to the procedures for the assignment of goods and services for amounts equal to or greater than Euro , in accordance with the current legislation on public procurement and with internal purchase procedures, following the various procedural steps in their entirety;%26middot; Supporting the drafting of the tender documentation and the publication of the tender procedure;%26middot; Supporting the management of the tender, up to the drafting and signing of the contract.
ou will daily and in-depth deal with the legislation of the Procurement Code and the main services that Anac (AVCPass, AUSA, etc.) makes available.
Knowledge of the aforementioned legislation therefore constitutes a preferential title.
