The figure will deal with the E2E tender procedure with complete autonomy, both for below-threshold and above-threshold procedures, reporting tenders, reporting any critical issues to the Business Unit, and coordinating the various BUs involved in order to find all the vital documentation for the presentation.

Check with the Business Units of the tenders of interest Accurate analysis of the specifications Monitoring compliance with deadlines and the activities required of all the players involved, ensuring the execution of the tender in total safety Management of administrative, technical and economic documentation Updating company archives with a specific focus on awarding contracts Updating of contracts and preparation of documentation in the post-tender phase (additions, extensions, improvements, etc.) About you Previous tender experience Excel proficient Knowledge of regional tender databases.
