Il Tender Advisor è responsabile in particolare di.
-Gestire tutte le attività relative alle gare, richieste di offerta e offerte, presso centrali di committenza, enti e organismi pubblici e privati, per le regioni di competenza (partecipazione alle gare/procedure, assegnazioni, offerte, estensioni, rinnovi, ecc.); -Gestire le piattaforme telematiche per le regioni di competenza; -Agire come punto di contatto per progetti interni; -Mantenere interazioni interne (con altre funzioni Pfizer, tra cui sales, marketing, legale e regolatorio e logistica) e interazioni esterne (con enti pubblici, stazioni appaltanti, banche, ecc.) inerenti lo svolgimento delle attività di gara; -Aggiornare la documentazione utile all'ufficio gare; -Fornire proattivamente approfondimenti al team relativamente a.
best practice operative, informazioni sulle nuove funzionalità dei sistemi e nuove esigenze emergenti dall'evoluzione del contesto operativo; -Interagire con gli stakeholder interni su tematiche relative alle gare e all'interpretazione delle clausole specifiche, fornire informazioni sulle gare e monitorare le prestazioni delle gare; Anticipare e gestire eventuali criticità derivanti dalle attività di gara, nelle regioni di propria competenza, a supporto del business aziendale, e condividerle con gli stakeholder interni.
