TELC IS RECRUITING 1 NATIVE LEVEL EFL TEACHER IN CALABRIA FROM OCTOBER TO JUNE

TELC has been running for over 25 years, we offer a stimulating and friendly working environment.
Our students are important to us and together, with the teachers, we offer a nurturing, happy and interesting environment to learn and engage with English.
The teaching position is for 25 hours per week, starting on the 30th of September and ending in June.
Lessons are held at school, in comfortable and well equipped classes; each class has a white and an interactive board.
Lessons are from Monday to Friday from 3.
pm to 9.
pm, each class lasts 80 minutes with a 10 minute break between lessons.
Classes are divided per age and level and students attend 2 classes per week.
Both teachers and students have their own course books and access to online resources and materials.
All teachers are provided with a laptop for the duration of the school year.
Teachers have set classes that do not vary during the year and will be teaching a variety of ages and levels.
We are a Cambridge Exam Preparation Centre.
All teachers receive support from our DOS in regards to planning, delivery and exam preparation as well as continued professional development (CPD) sessions.
Villa San Giovanni is a small, quiet and pleasant town on the Southern Coast of Italy.
The city of Reggio Calabria is about minutes by train.
For something more relaxing, Scilla, well known for its lovely beaches and charming traditional fishing port, is 10 minutes by train.
To explore Sicily a 20 minute ferry ride, will set you down in Messina where there are good transport links to the rest of the island.

Qualifications Applicants must have a Celta (not online) or referenced teaching experience in General English, YLE exams and Cambridge exams.
We are looking for an engaging, energetic, reliable, well prepared teacher, who loves teaching and being part of a team.
At least one year's teaching experience is preferable, but newly qualified teachers are also welcome to apply.
Salary and Benefits Starting at Euro net per month with 1 year experience and end of year bonus, the contract is up to 25 teaching hours per week.
You are still paid your full salary if under your working hours.
Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays all paid.
Teaching days are from Monday to Friday.
Legal contract with Italian contributions paid.
Help with finding accommodation in the centre of Villa San Giovanni.
Possibility of renewing contract for next teaching year.
We will give you the necessary information to arrive in Villa San Giovanni and pick you up from Reggio Calabria airport or Villa's train station when you arrive.
