e are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team and help us grow our IT teams.
Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals providing the best candidate experience.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
What you have A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technical Recruiter BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation Solid knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques Hands-on experience with various interview formats Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Knowledge of recruiting media, job aggregators, ATS and job distribution tools Passion for digital technology Proficiency in English and Italian Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Fast learner Proactive attitude Who you are Proactive and enthusiastic Great team player Customer oriented Structured and data driven What would be nice to have Ability to identify and resolve issues independently, take initiative, ownership and accountability Proven history of handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion Master in Human Resources Perks Learning Friday.
