job description the technical manager responsibilities include but are not limited to.
enhance, organise, and conduct service training aligned with international practices for the local channel partner and service network continuously improve local training standards offer technical support and troubleshooting to channel partners consult on after-sales aspects including service, maintenance, and spare parts assist the sales team with technical information and expertise foster relationships with key technical decision-makers at channel partners and end customers competenze ed esperienza degree or diploma in engineering.
experience in the training of technological products, ideally in the field of food service equipment negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with suppliers.
excellent communication skills and a strong orientation towards teamwork.
precision and attention to detail in the management of daily activities.
fluent in english is a must; proficiency in any other language is a plus.
ability to work under pressure and influence other teams.
proactive and result-oriented.
strong planning and organisational skills.
