Experience in Tech Recruitment: Proven track record of successfully hiring technical roles in fast-paced environments, with at least 3 years of experience in a startup/scaleup setting. Strong Sourcing Skills: Expertise in finding and engaging top talent using innovative and creative sourcing methods; accustomed to reaching out to at least 90 candidates per week. Passion for People and Tech: A genuine interest in helping candidates find the right fit and building teams that drive business success, paired with a strong passion for tech profiles. Resilience and Proactivity: In a competitive market, you remain undeterred and show the resilience and proactive attitude needed to secure top talent. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. As part of our growth, we are looking for a talented and driven Tech Recruiter to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting the best tech talent to help us scale rapidly while maintaining our strong culture of innovation and excellence. This is a hands-on role where you will be the primary driver of our tech recruitment strategy, collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership to build a world-class team. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with team leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and design customized recruitment strategies for each position. Drive the recruitment process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Source top talent: Leverage various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to identify and engage high-caliber tech candidates. Build talent pipelines: Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates for critical roles, ensuring readiness to meet future hiring needs. Enhance employer branding: Collaborate with the employer branding team to craft compelling messaging that showcases our company culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates. Optimize recruitment metrics: Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. Foster diversity and inclusion: Proactively promote diversity in hiring by implementing sourcing strategies that target underrepresented groups and ensuring an inclusive selection process.
