Job Brief:  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Team Leader for our Reviews Moderation team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the moderation process, ensuring high-quality standards, and leading a team of moderators to achieve operational excellence.
What you will do.
Lead and manage part of the reviews moderation team to ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Oversee the moderation process to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with guidelines.
Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Take control of internal audit process and ensure gaps in guidelines understanding is well managed, and automate large portions of it for quality assurance.
Generate HQ insights from large amounts of data to ensure fake reviews are kept at bay; reducing cost of review acquisition for GDM.  Ability to present data with additional insights to stakeholders and leadership with recommendations and further steps, including support required.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee allocation process of daily work allocation, identify and resolve changes with seniors timely within the team and scale via automation along the way and conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline moderation processes and improve efficiency.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
What you will need.
6 to 8 years of experience with 2 to 3 years of prior team leadership experience and experience in a research or consulting, and/or operations management, KPI management, stakeholder engagement Preferably a Master's degree like MBA Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to conduct in-depth analysis and make data-driven decisions and experience in creating compelling storylines and decks for presentations.
Ability to generate high-quality insights from data and sift through large volumes of information.
